Ingredients

• 2 large flour tortillas
• 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
• 1 ripe avocado, sliced
• ½ cup shredded romaine lettuce
• ¼ cup diced tomatoes
• ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp Morehouse Prepared Horseradish
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Make the horseradish mayo

• In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

2. Assemble the wrap

• Lay the tortillas flat and spread a generous layer of horseradish mayo over each.
• Add shredded romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
• Layer on the chicken and avocado slices.
• Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

3. Wrap it up

• Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
• Slice in half and serve immediately.
