- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1. Break down the blue cheese

In a medium bowl, crumble the blue cheese with a fork until it’s mostly smooth, leaving a few chunks for texture.
2. Build the base
- Add the mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, Atomic Horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
- Whisk everything together until creamy and well blended. For a thinner dressing, splash in more buttermilk a little at a time.
3. Taste and finish
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
