Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas (15 oz each), drained
- 1 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2/3 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup Atomic Horseradish
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Process on high until smooth.
- Garnish with chickpeas and freshly ground pepper.
- Serve with pita and fresh veggies.
