Morehouse Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup Morehouse Yellow Mustard
- â…“ cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon cayenne (use ¼ teaspoon for milder heat)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
Instructions
1. Combine ingredients
- Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
- Stir until fully combined.
2. Heat and simmer
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce to medium-low and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
3. Cool and store
- Remove from heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature.
- Transfer to an airtight glass jar or container.
