Atomic Steakhouse White Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce (favorite brand)
- 1 tbsp Atomic Horseradish
- Sliced New York strip steak
- 4 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic
- 10 oz baby bella mushrooms
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried oregano or rosemary
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- ¼ cup yellow cornmeal or flour (for dusting)
- ½ lb pizza dough
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
- Thinly sliced raw red onion (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
- Place a pizza stone in the oven if using and preheat to 450–500°F (or as hot as your oven goes). Preheat for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove pizza dough from the fridge to reach room temperature.
2. Prepare Sauce
- In a bowl, combine Alfredo sauce with Atomic Horseradish.
- Stir well and set aside.
3. Prepare Mushrooms
- Wipe baby bellas clean with a damp cloth.
- Slice thinly and set aside.
4. Prepare Dough
- Dust a pizza peel (or baking sheet) with cornmeal or flour.
- Stretch or roll dough into a 10-inch circle.
- Place dough onto the peel or sheet.
5. Assemble Pizza
- Spread a thin, even layer of Alfredo-horseradish sauce over dough.
- Sprinkle with ¾ of mozzarella.
- Arrange sliced mushrooms, garlic, chili flakes, thyme, and oregano evenly on top.
- Add sliced steak evenly across pizza.
- Top with remaining mozzarella.
6. Bake
- Transfer pizza to preheated stone or place baking sheet in oven.
- Bake 8–10 minutes, until crust and cheese are golden and bubbly.
7. Garnish & Serve
- Top with thinly sliced raw red onion.
- Slice and serve immediately.
