Morehouse Hot Jalapeno Mustard Sauce

- ½ cup Morehouse Yellow Mustard
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

1. Prep the jalapeños
• Finely mince
• Remove seeds and membranes for less heat
2. Combine ingredients
• In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, minced jalapeños, red wine vinegar, salt, white pepper, and garlic powder
3. Chill
• Cover the bowl
• Refrigerate for 1–2 hours
4. Serve
• Use as a sandwich spread, dip for fries, or salad dressing
